Je me suis aperçu qu'il existait une initiative intéressante chez nos voisins :

En clair, chaque plaisancier se déclare volontairement auprès des secours. En cas de disparition, on sait qui et quoi chercher : embarcation, couleur coque/pont, jacket, équipement à bord...
